Gamucci was awarded the ‘Best Electronic Cigarette’ brand award at the recent Consumer Choice Awards 2014.
This new approach reflects the growth of social media and other online platforms which has meant that consumers increasingly look to other consumers for recommendations on the best products and services on the market. The innovative awards ceremony, organised by Brand Weekly, is based on the real views of consumers who nominate and vote for products and services themselves.
Other nominees for best electronic cigarette brand included Vype, E-Lites, Vaepen London, and SKYCIG (Blu). The award was one of the most voted for by consumers alongside awards for categories such as Best High Street Retailer and Best Consumer Mobile App.
Gamucci was the original electronic cigarette brand to launch in the UK market back in 2007, and is now sold in 55 countries globally. From inception, Gamucci invested heavily in R&D to develop the world’s first disposable electronic cigarette and integrated cartomizer technology for which it has been granted a UK patent and has a US patent pending. In the UK, its products are available at Tesco, Waitrose, WHSmith and a number of other leading retailers.
